At Book World Trip, we understand that travel plans can change. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for flight bookings and tour packages made through our website or support team.

2. Flight Ticket Refunds

• Refundable Fares: Full or partial refund available, subject to airline cancellation fees. Service fees are non-refundable.
• Non-Refundable Fares: No cash refund. Airlines may offer travel credit at their discretion.
• Partially Refundable Fares: Taxes and airport fees may be refundable even if the base fare is not.

3. Tour Package Cancellations

• 30+ days before departure: Full refund minus 10% administrative fee
• 15–29 days before departure: 50% refund
• 7–14 days before departure: 25% refund
• Less than 7 days / No-show: No refund

If an airline cancels your flight, you are entitled to a full refund or rebooking at no additional charge. Book World Trip will assist you in processing the claim with the airline.

• Book World Trip service and booking fees
• Travel insurance premiums
• Visa processing fees
• Non-refundable hotel reservations
